Hollaphonic was born in 2013 in a small studio out in the Arabian desert of Dubai, the brainchild of Olly Wood & Greg Stainer, two British artists who simply wanted to create music and perform. What happened next encapsulates the talent and ambition of this fun-loving pair as they soared into the charts, packed dance-floors around the world and won multiple industry awards. The first electronic act to sign to a major label in the Middle East, Hollaphonic released their debut album ‘Personal Space’ in 2015 to great critical acclaim, landing 4 No.1 singles and a No.1 album in the charts across eight countries; their track Dangerous reached No.3 on the global Shazam trending charts and BBC R1 featured it as track of the week. The guys have remixed for the likes of Nervo, Dirty Vegas, Philip George and Sigma, whilst releasing their music worldwide through both UMG & Sony. 

 

They also got their chance to perform… playing to over ó million fans to date, opening stages for the likes of David Guetta, Seal, Robin Schulz, Armin Van Buuren and Tiesto and playing on line-ups alongside such megastars as Coldplay, Calvin Harris, Major Lazer, DNCE and many more. Their performance style is the perfect mix of crowd-pleasing body moving dance beats and soulful vocals, blended with rhythmic basslines and colorful visuals. They know how to build the hype as an opening act and own the stage as headliners. 

 

The future is truly exciting for Hollaphonic as they have started an exciting music project reworking the soundtrack of La Perle an original production by Cirque Du Soleil creative genius Franco Dragone and have commenced plans for an Asian tour in early 2018 alongside their highly anticipated EP expected to release late 2017.
